Key Responsibilities
- Acting as Resident Warden and community-builder in a male student hostel.
- Overseeing the health, safety, hygiene, and general welfare of the residency.
- Ensuring student adherence to rules and maintaining decorum.
- Supervising facility operations, upgrades, and furniture/fittings management.
- Managing personnel and ensuring ancillary activities comply with standards.
- Handling misconduct, disciplinary issues, and emergency health matters.
- Performing administrative duties such as reporting, documentation, tenancy processing, inspections, and safety checks.
- Representing management in meetings, handling breaches of agreement, and overseeing lettings and tenancy agreements.
- Ensuring electrical/mechanical systems are maintained and inspected.
