Job title: Research Assistant / Data Analyst
KDI is seeking a research-focused professional to support data analysis, policy research, and governance programs in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and policy analysis
- Collect, organize, and analyze data
- Prepare research reports and briefs
- Support qualitative and quantitative research activities
- Assist with program documentation and evidence generation
Requirements
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Interest in governance, public policy, democracy, and civic engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of SPSS, STATA, or Power BI is an advantage
- Strong report writing and attention to detail
