Join us as the Remediation Compliance Manager and help ensure leaseholders, lenders and colleagues receive a compliant, efficient and high-quality service across Peabody's fire remediation programme.
What You'll Do
- As Remediation Compliance Manager, you'll lead the operational delivery of Peabody's leaseholder Deed of Certificate (DoC) programme, landlord certificate production and lender assurance function. You'll ensure the successful management of approximately 13,000 leaseholder accounts while maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy and customer service. Leading a team of seven, you'll translate programme objectives into deliverable caseloads, oversee performance, manage risk and provide operational leadership across a business-critical function.
