About the Role Regional Finance Manager to lead financial planning, control, reporting, and risk management across the region, ensuring strong financial performance, compliance, and alignment with corporate strategy. This role partners with plant leadership to drive value across cement plants and regional subsidiaries. What You'll Do
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial models; track performance vs. budget and provide variance analysis; support strategic decision-making through insights and recommendations.
- Financial Reporting: oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting; ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and company policies; consolidate financials across plants or subsidiaries in the region.
