- We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment across our Engineering, Power and Industrial operations.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience recruiting technical and engineering professionals, with a good understanding of the talent market within the power, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, power, technical, and corporate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and industry contacts.
