Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of study
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about the work we do at One Acre Fund for Smallholder Farmers
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus
- Basic data analysis skills - you can pick out patterns
- Great learning skills, curious, and a knack for attention to detail
- A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in English is required
