About the Role The role focuses on developing real estate projects, conducting technical and economic feasibility studies (greenfield/brownfield), leading land purchases or lease negotiations, defining project scope, and preparing board submissions with internal and external partners. You will independently lead national and international construction projects across all phases as the responsible project manager and owner's representative, ensuring project objectives (budget, timelines, quality) are met while incorporating user requirements and supporting digital innovations in the project environment.
