About the Role EY is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager in Luxembourg to support end-to-end real estate project management from inception to completion, including financial modeling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do
- Support real estate project management from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial models, feasibility studies, investment analysis, and managing the financial aspects of the project, including budgeting and cost control.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with external service providers, including architects, engineers, surveyors, lawyers and consultants.
