Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for the gas pipeline project.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to support project planning.
- Assist in the procurement process by preparing tender documents, analyzing bids, and selecting suppliers/subcontractors.
- Manage contractual relationships, including drafting and evaluating contracts, variations, and claims.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Track and report on project financial progress, including cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct valuation of work performed and process payments to contractors/subcontractors.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
