You will play a crucial role in strengthening project management practices and driving continuous improvement, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to the development of both products and people.
As a Project Manager (R&D), you will:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional R&D projects across global teams (R&D, Supply, Marketing, Regulatory & Legal)
- Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
