About the Role LEONI is seeking a Project Manager to lead plant- and country-level project activities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals. You will drive ramp-up planning, capex governance, KPI monitoring and cross-functional collaboration to deliver on-time, within-budget execution for automotive wiring/assemblies. What You'll Do
- Represent the interests of the Plant/Country and align with the Project, communicating key information to stakeholders.
- Raise and track PAM releases, monitor Capex availability, and ensure proper spend tracking.
- Lead the creation of the Detailed Ramp Up Plan considering customer requirements and inputs from all project team members.
- Plan and coordinate Run@Rate, report findings and drive timely corrective actions.
- Monitor and report Ramp Up KPIs (plant P&L, quality, delivery) and implement corrective actions.
