About the Role
Overall responsible for managing project execution for applicant levels L1–L2 (Packaging & Processing), covering scope, cost, timeline, quality, risk, resources, and stakeholder satisfaction. Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget, schedule, technical and safety standards, and contractual obligations—while contributing to business profitability, customer satisfaction, and strategic objectives. Provide strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and uphold high standards of governance, reporting, and continuous improvement aligned with the Tetra Pak OFCE framework. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project execution and provide strong project leadership to deliver targeted results
- Ensure all deliverables meet contractual agreements and responsibilities outlined in the project charter
