Responsibilities
- Understand the client’s requirements
- Plan the breakdown of tasks and delegate to the team
- Develop and lead the project team
- Create BRDs, project plans, status reports, and minutes of meetings (MoMs)
- Identify and resolve issues; escalate when needed and seek assistance
- Manage resources effectively
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction; conduct regular meetings and share updates with the client
- Perform project performance evaluations and monitor project progress
