About the Role This role leads Finance Transformation projects across Kantar, helping simplify processes, improve systems and enable better ways of working within Finance. You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders across geographies and functions. What You'll Do
- Lead Finance Transformation projects from planning through to delivery
- Create and manage clear project plans, milestones and deliverables
- Work with stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Business Services teams to drive progress
- Ensure projects stay on track in terms of scope, timelines, budget and quality
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies, and support timely resolution
- Prepare clear updates and materials for senior stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops to understand current processes and define improvements
