About this role
Description
- The Project Manager II is a mid-level leadership role responsible for developing, managing, and executing the university’s annual Capital Additions, Replacements, and Renewals (CARR) program as well as ongoing Capital Construction projects as needed. This position leads the strategic planning, prioritization, and implementation of annual CARR projects to reduce the campus’s deferred maintenance backlog, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Facility Condition Index (FCI) data to guide future investment decisions.
- The Project Manager will coordinate across departments to align facilities renewal efforts with institutional priorities, manage project delivery, and ensure long-term stewardship of university assets through effective financial planning and project execution.
