- Lead and manage product development projects using multi-local resources to meet customer requirements.
- Harmonize and define technical requirements with the customer based on defined project descriptions.
- Be responsible for agreed targets in terms of project quality, costs and timing with the client using existing methods in coordination with relevant or superior departments.
- Plan internal and external capacities, appoint team members considering potential and competence, and assign work packages.
