About the Role The Project Manager for Global Transfer and Integration leads the global execution of transfer, localization, and integration projects to build new organizational capabilities and meet critical business requirements. This on-site role in Singapore reports to the Senior Manager, Project Management & System Engineering within the medical R&D department. What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of defined global transfer/localization/integration projects.
- Ensure delivery against agreed scope, timeline, quality, and cost targets.
- Identify portfolio-specific optimization opportunities by applying the localization/transfer process across products and regions; define and drive corrective actions that improve speed, quality, and repeatability.
