- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage risks, issues, and changes, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with Caterpillar's strategic priorities and customer expectations What We're Looking For
- Experience managing medium- to large-scale projects, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work across multiple sites and functions and adapt to changing priorities
