About the Role Bullish is seeking a pragmatic and curious Project Manager to join the Change & Delivery Team, coordinating cross-functional delivery, bridging business stakeholders and technology teams, and ensuring initiatives move forward with clarity and discipline. This on-site role is based in Hong Kong and offers visibility to senior leadership as the company scales its regulated digital-assets infrastructure. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and drive project delivery across various workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and risks are escalated early.
- Refine and understand business requirements by engaging directly with stakeholders and product management; proactively identify gaps and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Prepare and maintain project artefacts including status reports, RAID logs, decision registers, and stakeholder communications for senior leadership.
