About the Role Lead project management for Hydro Capital Projects across APC Hydro plants, overseeing engineering, contracting, procurement, installation, startup, and project controls. Responsible for scope, budget, implementation plans and schedules to meet project goals. Role can be located at Logan Martin Dam, Lay Dam, or APC Corporate Headquarters with frequent travel to plant sites. What You'll Do
- Manage all project management aspects of the Hydro Capital Projects at all APC Hydro plants, including engineering, contracting, procurement, installation, startup, and project controls.
- Define and manage scope, budgets, implementation plans, and schedules for each site to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate outside contractor resources and integrate them into Southern Company processes.
