About this role
About the Role The Project Manager leads a cross-functional project team in the product development process according to the backlog established by the Chief Engineer (Product Owner). They proactively identify and manage commercial, industrial, technical, and organizational issues and report status to leadership to drive project success. What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise the technology team members, project deliverables, and cross-functional team.
- Manage the project timeline as per Volvo process, plan releases and sprints, remove impediments, and shield the team from external interference.
- Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings; attend Scrum Master Sharing Sessions.
- Ensure crystal clear communication among all involved.
