About the Role As Project Leader at Yazaki's Tanger Plant in Tangier, you will drive project execution for EDS/Program Management, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and GPMS processes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and help achieve SOP objectives while delivering high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Follow the GPMS procedure throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive the project in alignment with PM and Yazaki expectations, ensuring full compliance with customer specifications.
- Communicate customer requirements and expectations to the team through the team leaders.
- Analyze the project schedule at each milestone (timing, required resources, process maturity) and share any identified constraints with the CSC.
- Prepare the project risk assessment, including all issues and constraints identified for each milestone.
