Job Summary
- The Project Coordinator provides senior, day-to-day coordination of a portfolio of upstream and midstream gas project developments, translating the Project Director's direction and senior leadership decisions into disciplined execution across all workstreams.
- The role requires sufficient technical grounding across the upstream value chain to engage credibly with subsurface, drilling and completions teams, sanity-check technical inputs and timelines, and identify and escalate risk early, acting as a technically fluent right hand to the Project Director rather than a purely administrative coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the master programme schedule, dependency map, and risk and issue log across all workstreams.
