Applicants must possess MBBS or BDS, which should be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) with a Ph.D. or a minimum of M.Sc. in the relevant subject area.

Salary, allowances, and other benefits (including the contributory pension scheme) are approved by the Governing Council of Achievers University, and are favorably compared with what obtains in other public and private universities.
