Lead and manage the production team in Yara's on-site operations in Al Mansurah to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient chemical processing. You will uphold HSE policies, drive production plans, and ensure quality targets are met while coordinating with utilities, maintenance, and quality teams. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Adhere to applicable legislation, Yara's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, and the Golden Rules.
- Ensure all production activities comply with HESQ standards and practices.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization in production areas.
- Report safety-related incidents, accidents, environmental breaches, hazardous conditions, or near-misses; participate actively in incident investigations.
