Job Purpose
- The Production/Factory Accountant is responsible for managing all factory-related accounting activities, ensuring accurate product costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing cost control, and financial reporting.
- The role partners with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations teams to provide timely financial insights, monitor manufacturing performance, optimize production costs, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all factory accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of manufacturing financial records.
- Prepare and maintain product costing, standard costing and cost allocation models for all production lines.
