Product Serviceability Lead at Epiroc!
Responsible for ensuring the serviceability of existing products and new products being released by Epiroc Electrification Solutions (EES). Work Type (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote): Onsite
Responsibilities
- Own EES service tool portfolio from a technical perspective – this includes internally developed, co-developed, and purchased service tools
- Software based tools (laptop applications, internal Linux controllers), hardware-based tools (Gameboy like devices), physical tools (charge/discharge tools, etc.)
- Coordinate the development of service tools with the internal engineering team, engineering teams from other divisions, and external suppliers
- Work collaboratively with Epiroc’s Parts and Service Division (PSD) on service strategies for current and future products.
- Translate strategies into tangible tools and products for EES and PSD
