About the Role Mondelēz International Digital Services is seeking a Product Manager / Senior Manager, My Career & Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a discipline that partners with leaders across sales, finance, marketing, customer service, logistics, procurement, HR, and more. You will lead a team delivering best-in-class service and value creation to clients while continually driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Work with cross-functional teams to shape the experience direction and global process workstreams for experiences; develop action plans to meet minimum operating standards; collaborate with other leads to achieve and maintain operational excellence and customer-focused service delivery.
