About the Role Join Airbnb's Relevance & Personalization (R&P) team as a Product Manager. The R&P team is Airbnb's matching intelligence engine—a talented group of ML engineers, applied researchers, and technical program managers who connect guests to the right listings across every surface and help hosts compete and thrive in our marketplace. We work at the intersection of search ranking, recommendations, personalization, and generative AI, building toward a future where Airbnb feels less like a search engine and more like a knowledgeable travel companion. What You'll Do
- Define and drive product strategy for relevance and personalization to improve guest experience and marketplace outcomes.
- Collaborate with ML engineers, applied researchers, and cross-functional partners to ship features that connect guests to the right listings across surfaces.
