About the Role The Product Manager - Reagents leads the development, success, and growth of Leica Microsystems' reagents portfolio. Based in Wetzlar, Germany, the role collaborates with hardware/software PMs, R&D, strategic marketing, and regional units to deliver end-to-end workflow solutions and establish a robust recurring revenue stream for LMS globally. The role reports to the Senior Director, End-to-End Solutions and is on-site. What You'll Do
- Drive the innovation process for reagent products in cooperation with Hardware/Software Product Managers, R&D, Strategic Marketing, and Regional Units based on customer needs and market trends.
- Develop product business plans for the reagent portfolio and create development project plans translating ideas into commercially viable solutions.
