Mission for this Role The Product Manager will drive the development and enhancement of modules within the Treasury & Trade OS. This role requires driving product vision, strategy, and execution while ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Product Manager will translate complex financial workflows into well-defined product requirements and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Compliance and Commercial teams.
Key Outcomes End-to-End Feature Delivery: Translate strategic priorities into actionable product requirements. Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritise and manage backlog effectively. Lead sprint planning and release coordination.
