About the Role You’ll take ownership of a core product area, define what we build and why, and ensure it delivers value for customers. This is a product leadership role, not project management, requiring tradeoffs and direction that solves real healthcare problems. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer teams to align customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into products that get used.
What You'll Do
- Spend time with customers and internal teams to deeply understand user workflows.
- Continuously evaluate competitors, market shifts, and regulatory changes that could affect the product.
- Translate insights into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that you can communicate clearly internally and externally.
- Write high-quality specs and then collaborate with engineers and designers to build.
