About the Role Motorola Solutions' CPS Applications team is seeking a Product Manager focused on Business Intelligence and Operational Analytics to turn raw platform data into actionable insights and dashboards for leadership. What You'll Do
- Define BI strategy and roadmaps including KPIs and operational metrics for CPS ecosystem.
- Build, design, and maintain real-time BI dashboards for application adoption, service utilization, and cost management.
- Perform operational analytics across hardware, software, and cloud services to identify trends and efficiencies.
- Translate telemetry into business narratives for MSI executives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Product to ensure data integrity and automate metric collection (Unified ID, AMS).
