- Interact with the customer and the project team during the lab's automation implementation
- Collect, analyze, documentation of requirements and implementation of projects
- Conduct consulting activities with employees of client organizations
- Preparation of presentations, reports, proposals and other project documentation for clients
- Development/localization of marketing materials
