Overview
Procurement Advisor will play a key role in the integration of newly acquired businesses. This position involves identifying technology and enterprise contracts, analyzing overlaps with existing TMX suppliers, and coordinating supplier due diligence for non-standard contracts. This includes working with legal counsel, information security, and other cross-functional teams to ensure agreements align with TMX policies and standards. The Advisor will act as the primary liaison for Procurement, providing regular status updates to the Integration team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Take a project management approach to managing multiple simultaneous complex sourcing files and ensure deliverables are met within the required timelines.
