Process Engineer - EBSM
The Process Engineer – Ethyl Benzene and Styrene Monomer Units (EBSM) (Contact Engineer - EBSM internally) is responsible for providing daily technical process engineering support and guidance to ensure their process units are operated in a safe, environmentally sound, reliable and profitable manner in accordance with the license to operate and the defined safe operating envelope. The Contact Engineer works closely with the Production Specialist in their assigned unit on resolving unit issues and identifying opportunities.
Time Horizon: The Contact Engineer focuses primarily within a 90-day outlook supporting medium to long term unit issues and opportunities. A portion of a Contact Engineer’s time will be spent on supporting the 24/7 shift operation to resolve short term immediate threats to the business plan.
