About the Role We're building a new incubation team at Qualtrics to take early-stage ideas through a disciplined process to validate them into real products or kill them quickly with honor. This role requires founder energy: intellectually curious, humble, obsessed with customers, and comfortable navigating ambiguity until the right path emerges. If you prefer a clear backlog and plan, this might not be the role for you — but if you love building from nothing, talking to customers before you know what you're building, and holding conviction loosely until evidence guides you, we want to talk. What You'll Do
- Take raw business ideas from hypothesis to validated (or invalidated) product concepts through disciplined experimentation.
- Talk to customers constantly — not to confirm existing beliefs, but to learn what's true.
