About the Role Regeneron is seeking a Principal or Staff Data Engineer to join the IOPS IT team in Raheen, Limerick, Ireland. You will architect and optimize data infrastructure and pipelines to power data-driven decision-making, contribute to scalable, governed data solutions, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and IT partners. What You'll Do
- Architect and optimize secure, scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for real-time and batch processing; integrate diverse data sources and establish CI/CD practices and fault-tolerant systems
- Design data lake and data warehouse solutions with high data quality and accessible schemas aligned to business needs; implement data modeling
- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement observability and alerting for reliability across the data platform
