We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Purpose The Porter is responsible for providing efficient and courteous assistance to guests with their luggage and other needs during arrival, stay, and departure. The role supports the Front Office team in creating a warm and welcoming guest experience while maintaining high standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Arrival & Departure
- Welcome and acknowledge guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
- Transport guests’ luggage safely to and from guest rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain relevant room features and hotel facilities.
- Assist departing guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
