Wir suchen zum Januar 2027 einen erfahrenen und motivierten Payroll Specialist (w/m/d), der nicht nur Zahlen liebt, sondern auch Verantwortung übernimmt. Es handelt sich um eine Befristung für zwei Jahre mit Option auf Entfristung.
Responsibilities / Tasks In dieser spannenden Rolle bist Du verantwortlich für alles rund ums Thema Entgeltabrechnung:
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der gesamten Payroll unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher, tariflicher und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Vorgaben
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und interne Schnittstellen – auch bei internationalen Entsendungen
- Selbstständige Betreuung betrieblicher Altersvorsorgen
