About the Role The Payments Data Analyst will monitor and optimize the financial operations behind EchoStar's video services payments. You will translate complex transactional data into actionable insights and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization to improve collection efficiency and reduce risk. What You'll Do
- Read, analyze, and interpret key operational metrics to define business problems and establish facts; communicate findings concisely to internal departments.
- Prepare, produce, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly reports; design and implement proactive reporting alerts for critical metrics.
- Locate and validate data sources to build comprehensive reporting; deliver tailored insights for operations management to support department OKRs.
