About the Role White House Farm Primary School seeks to appoint a Pastoral Lead / HLTA to join our school on a permanent contract. The post is suitable for an HLTA with a passion for supporting children pastorally. It is a part-time role (35 hours per week) working Term Time plus 1 week. What You'll Do
- Provide pastoral support to pupils and help promote well-being, attendance and inclusion.
- Support safeguarding and welfare of children, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.
- Work with teaching staff and families to address pastoral issues and support holistic development.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to student welfare and pastoral systems. What We're Looking For
- An HLTA or equivalent experience with a passion for pastoral work.
- Commitment to safeguarding and ability to undergo enhanced DBS checks; eligible to work in the UK.
