About the Role
Voltaire Lifestyle Services Limited, owners of GAIA AFRICA Club and Gaby Lagos, is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of its luxury hospitality facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all building systems, utilities, and equipment operate at the highest standards while supporting exceptional guest experiences across the company's restaurant, private business club, and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility inspections, maintenance, and repair activities across all operational areas.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, lifts, and lighting systems.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and hospitality regulations.
