What you will do
- Operations Specialist supports planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events while supporting and improving day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, seamless execution, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong project management, operational coordination, and event execution skills.
Job Duties
- Coordinate office operations and administrative activities to support efficient day-to-day business operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, workshops, town halls, product launches, team-building activities, and other company-sponsored events.
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event evaluation.
