The Operations Manager will work closely with the COO in developing the firm’s annual operating plan and budget, which reflects the strategic plan and priorities and will support the COO in the execution of the operating plan. This a key leading the middle office operations function as well as working collaboratively with the investment team, institutional and retail client management teams and other stakeholders to ensure excellent service and operational delivery.
