About this role
Description
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective management of the Company's day-to-day operational activities, with particular responsibility for fleet management, driver administration, vehicle and asset management, maintenance coordination, logistics, safety and operational efficiency. The roleholder will also ensure that company vehicles, drivers, equipment and other operational assets are available, safe, compliant, properly utilized and maintained to support uninterrupted business operations. The Operations Manager will also establish effective systems for monitoring vehicle performance, driver behaviour, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, asset utilization and operational risks, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.
