Responsibilities
- Manage the firm's day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales, visa application, and administrative teams.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure enquiries and client applications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Track sales performance and work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
