Your skills 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent) Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written Proven experience in Windows deployment, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow Knowledge of SCCM, Azure, Intune, Strong understanding of Windows applications Strong troubleshooting and inventory management skills
Your tasks Windows deployment and device provisioning Microsoft Intune administration and device management ServiceNow ticket management and incident handling Stock management, including inventory control and asset audits Troubleshooting of incidents and fixing issues
