Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in compliance, risk management and legal affairs within the Oil & Gas space
- Advise on corporate law matters and environmental compliance
- Assess contract risk and support governance and audit frameworks
- Develop and implement risk management and compliance strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory and statutory adherence
- Lead efforts related to arbitration and governance as applicable to the role
Requirements
- Degree in LLB/B.L (Nigerian Bar); MBA or LL.M is preferred
