What we will do The Senior Occupational Health (OH) Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive health and safety services to employees. This includes conducting health assessments, managing work-related injuries and illnesses, implementing OH promotion programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Health Assessments and Surveillance
- Conduct pre-employment health assessments and periodic health screenings, including preplacement assessments and medical surveillance testing
- Conduct health surveillance and monitoring for workplace hazards
- Evaluate employee fitness for duty and return-to-work assessments
- Evaluate occupational health hazards and develop and implement applicable prevention and treatment practices
